Refunds and exchanges
Mirella accepts your agreement to these terms when you purchase an item from us. So please read carefully.
- You have five days from the time of purchase to ask for an exchange or refund.
- Your item must be in the same unworn, unused, and with-tags condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. No exceptions
- A receipt or other form of evidence of purchase is also required.
- Unfortunately, SALE products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
